At Rajan Maluuja Arts, every artwork is created with precision and artistic passion. Since most of our pieces are custom-made or made-to-order, returns are handled with specific conditions as outlined below.

2. Eligibility for Return

Only damaged or incorrect items are eligible for return.
Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
Item must be unused and in the original condition received.

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Email us at rajanmaluuja@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Attach clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product.
Our team will review and respond within 2 business days.

4. Return Shipping

If the return is approved, we will share shipping instructions. Return shipping costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless the product was faulty or sent incorrectly.

5. Refunds

Refunds are processed only after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 7-10 working days.
In case of digital art or personalized sketches, refunds are not applicable once the design is initiated.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Custom or personalized portrait orders.
Commissioned artwork once work has begun.
Digital downloads or images sent electronically.
